This privacy policy applies to the AsaBus applications (including AsaBus Ride and related products, hereinafter referred to as "Application") created by cnameless ("Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is provided "AS IS".

The Application may access your device’s location strictly to provide in-app functionality such as displaying maps, route visualization, and transport-related services.

Camera Usage (AsaBus Feature)

The Application uses the device camera exclusively to scan QR codes for transport validation (AsaBus functionality).

No images or videos are recorded, stored, or shared. The camera is not used for surveillance or monitoring.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data.

The Service Provider may contact you with important notices or service-related communications.

For better experience, limited personal data (such as contact email) may be requested and handled according to this policy.

Only aggregated, anonymized data may be shared with external services for improvement purposes.
